    1. Program Description

    180 Kingdom Cleaning LLC ("we," "our," "us") operates a text messaging program for customers and people who request information about our residential and commercial cleaning services in Warner Robins, Georgia and the surrounding Middle Georgia area. Messages include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, cleaner arrival updates, payment and receipt notices, review and tip requests, replies to questions you send us, and occasional service offers.

    2. How You Opt In

    You give consent to receive text messages from us in one of the following ways:

    • Checking the text message consent box on our online booking form at 180kingdomcleaningllc.com/book and entering your mobile number.
    • Checking the text message consent box on our quote or contact form.
    • Giving verbal or written permission to a member of our team when you request a quote or service.
    • Texting our business number first, or replying to a message we sent you.

    Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from us. You can book, pay for, and receive cleaning services without ever agreeing to texts.

    3. Message Frequency

    Message frequency varies based on your activity with us. Most customers receive between 2 and 8 messages per scheduled cleaning (confirmation, reminders, arrival updates, and completion). Recurring customers may receive messages before each visit.

    4. Cost

    Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to every message you send and receive. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

    5. How to Stop Messages (Opt Out)

    You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. We will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again. You may also call or text us at (478) 703-2132 or email us to be removed.

    7. Supported Carriers

    Our messages are supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside our control.

    8. Privacy

    We collect your mobile number and message history only to communicate with you about our services. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.     We may update these Text Message Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
